Advertisement: Temporary full-time Research Assistant II, School of Modern Languages and Cultures

Applications are invited for the following post:

Temporary full-time Research Assistant II, School of Modern Languages and Cultures (for 8 months from January 2018, with the possibility of renewal subject to performance, availability of funding and mutual agreement)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree and have a research focus and experience in conducting research in creative industries. A research postgraduate degree (either M. Phil or D. Phil) is definitely an advantage. Applicants should have an excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua, be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, and to multi-task. The appointee will undertake (a) administrative work for the School’s Global Creative Industries Program and (b) transcription, data collection and analysis, and other research duties.
